Ne Lintuizet is a folk ensemble formed by four prominent Finnish artists—Pekko Käppi, Laura Moisio, Kielo Kärkkäinen, and Lauri Myllymäki—whose debut album Uusi huone (A New Room), released on May 16, 2025. The group blends powerful four-part vocal harmonies with the jouhikko (bowed lyre) and guitar, creating atmospheric and timeless Finnish folk music. Released by Texicalli Records, the album features ten original songs recorded intimately in an old wooden house using analog techniques.
