Mikko Kuustonen: Musta Jalokivi (SECOND-HAND CD)

Mikko Kuustonen's 1991 album Musta jalokivi (Black Gem) is generally considered to be the artist's first solo album, and it immediately became a critical and commercial success, eventually reaching platinum status. The 11-track album, published by Epic Records, produced by Esa Kaartamo and recorded by Dan Tigerstedt, became the most famous radio hit of the timeless classic Enkelit lettäa sun uniin (Angels Fly into Your Dreams). The album's high-quality, rootsy pop-rock soundscape was created by Finland's musical elite, such as backing vocalists Maarit Hurmerinta and Kim Lönnholm, drummer Anssi Nykänen, and string instrument gurus Olli Haavisto and Heikki Silvennoinen.
