Michael Jackson: This is it (2 x CD-album)

This Is It is a two-disc compilation album released posthumously in October 2009 by Michael Jackson, serving as the companion soundtrack to the documentary film of the same name that chronicled his final concert rehearsals. The first disc features Jackson's greatest hits, such as "Billie Jean", "Thriller", and "Smooth Criminal", sequenced in the order they appear in the movie, along with the brand-new title track finished with backing vocals from his brothers. The second disc offers fans rarer material, including stripped-down demo versions of classic songs and Jackson's own recitation of the poem "Planet Earth". The compilation was a massive commercial success, topping the charts in numerous countries—including the US Billboard 200—and earning multi-platinum certifications with millions of copies sold worldwide.
