This 15-CD collection pays tribute to Leif Segerstam (1944–2024), one of the greatest Sibelius conductors of all time. Segerstam left a lasting mark on music history in many ways. His Sibelius recordings for Ondine were made during his more than decade-long career as chief conductor of the Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra and form an integral part of the more than 30 albums he released on Ondine between 1994 and 2015.
