Irina Björklund & The Shubie Brothers: Plant a Seed – Haikus for Humanity is a multidisciplinary charity single released in 2023, created in collaboration between Finnish actress and musician Irina Björklund and the band The Shubie Brothers. Inspired by Sir David Attenborough’s speeches in defense of the planet, the work combines hypnotic soundscapes with haiku poetry addressing ecological awakening into a unique whole.

In keeping with the project’s environmental theme, this 10-inch single is pressed from recycled vinyl, making each record a visually unique collector’s item and minimizing the release’s carbon footprint.
