Ipanapa 1 (2007) is a groundbreaking Finnish children's music album published under EMI Finland's Ipanapa Records label, which was born from the goal of creating high-quality, completely new children's songs that even adults would not grow tired of listening to. The album achieved great popularity, peaking at number two on the official Finnish album chart and receiving an Emma Gala nomination for the best children's album of 2007. The songs on the work were specifically composed and written for this project by well-known Finnish artists, such as Paleface (Hip hoppii englantii), Tuure Kilpeläisen (Kuningas EI), and Maija Vilkkumaa (Oo hiljaa). The backing band consists of top musicians like Pessi Levanto and Miikka Paatelainen, ensuring the album's relaxed, cozy, genre-playful, and highly produced soundscape.
