Hurriganes: Crazy Days on the Road (4 x LP-vinyl BOX SET)

Hurriganes’ *Crazy Days On The Road* (Svart Records) is a massive, historic four-LP box set that offers a unique window into the most popular era of the kings of Finnish rock. The set contains no less than 145 minutes of rare, previously unreleased live recordings from 1975–1976. Sourced from tapes made by legendary roadie Hande Mertanen in Oulu, Pori, and the Hämeenlinna Women's Prison, the audio has been restored to top-notch quality at Finnvox Studios.
Alongside Remu Aaltonen and Cisse Häkkinen, the lineup features the return of original guitarist Ile Kallio. The collection comprises 48 tracks in total, including unique soundcheck recordings and two songs the band never recorded in the studio. The package is crowned by a high-quality booklet featuring rare tour photos by Risto Vuorimies and background notes by Pekka Laine. This box set is an uncompromising, authentic, and raw document of Hurriganes at their absolute best: performing a sweaty, high-energy rock show.
