Derek & The Dominos – Layla and Other Assorted Love Songs (SECOND-HAND CD)
Layla and Other Assorted Love Songs is a legendary blues rock album by Derek & The Dominos. Originally released in 1970, it is one of the most significant recordings in Eric Clapton’s career, combining the soulful expression of the blues with the energy of rock and expressive guitar playing.
The album brings together Clapton’s distinctive guitar style and Duane Allman’s outstanding slide guitar work, creating a unique and emotionally powerful musical experience. The mood ranges from tender, heartfelt blues to driving blues rock. Extended guitar passages, soulful vocals, and the band’s tight interplay have helped establish this record as a classic of the genre.
Highlights include Layla, Bell Bottom Blues, Little Wing, Key to the Highway, and Why Does Love Got to Be So Sad?. This remastered CD reissue is an excellent addition for fans of Eric Clapton, Duane Allman, and classic blues rock.
