Antonin Dvorak: Concertos - 100th Anniversary Edition (SECOND-HAND 6 CD BOX-SET)

This 6-CD box set, released by Warner Classics to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Antonín Dvoák's death, brings together the composer's essential concertos, orchestral serenades, legendary Slavonic Dances, and the deeply moving Requiem. The collection's most famous works are interpreted by world-class soloists: Mstislav Rostropovich performs the iconic Cello Concerto in B minor with the Boston Symphony Orchestra conducted by Seiji Ozawa, Maxim Vengerov performs the Violin Concerto in A minor with the New York Philharmonic led by Kurt Masur, and the Piano Concerto in G minor is interpreted by Pierre-Laurent Aimard, accompanied by Nikolaus Harnoncourt and the Concertgebouw Orchestra. In addition to the concertos, the set includes the melodic string and wind serenades performed by The Chamber Orchestra of Europe, as well as the popular Slavonic Dances (Op. 46 and Op. 72).
