These are the opening words of the successful Finnish TV series "Sound Tracker." Sami Yaffa is a successful musician who has seen all sides of life as a performing artist – he has toured the world with successful rock bands and earned his living as a street musician. Sound Tracker is his journey into the world of music. Starting in the United States and heading to Argentina, Turkey, Serbia, India, Indonesia, and many other countries, Sami gets to know traditional music by playing with locals and participating in their culture. The diversity of music is endless, it is everywhere and it connects us as part of our everyday lives. The odyssey begins in his hometown, the capital of the world – New York!
