Terms of delivery in brief:

1. Products have a 14-day return policy.

2. For products in stock, the delivery time is 1–7 business days. If an ordered product is exceptionally out of stock, the customer will be notified without delay.

3. If a wrong or defective product has been delivered, the consumer must notify Tritonus.fi webshop customer service immediately either by email at tilaukset@tritonus.fi or by phone at +358 40 5448855 (Mon-Sat 9 AM - 5 PM).

4. Tritonus Record Shop is not responsible if the delivery of the order is prevented, hindered, or delayed due to circumstances beyond its control, such as war, natural disaster, export or import ban, official government decision, disruption of public transport, or other similar activity that complicates or prevents the operation of the tritonus.fi webshop.

 

Detailed terms of delivery
 

1. Delivery time

The delivery time for our products is 1–7 working days. We always strive for the fastest possible delivery. We will contact customers as soon as possible by email or phone if we notice that the delivery will take longer than usual.


2. Delivery methods

You can order products directly to your doorstep or to the nearest post office/parcel terminal. You can also pick up your order from our shop.


3. Payment methods

Credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Eurocard.


4. Right of return and product exchanges

Products have a full 14-day right of return. The returned product must be unused and unchanged.

The return must be notified in advance by email to tilaukset@tritonus.fi or by phone at +358 40 5448855 (Tue - Sat 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

We request that products be returned as a Matkahuollon customer return to the following address:

The same return policy applies to damaged products or if you have otherwise received an incorrect delivery. In these cases, you do not need to pay the shipping costs.

In your notification, we kindly ask you to provide:

  • Reason for the return (if damaged or incorrect product)
  • Customer identification (name / order number)
  • Whether you only want to return the product and get a refund, or if you wish for us to send a replacement product (and settle any possible price difference).
  • For the refund, please provide your bank account number (IBAN).

 

5. Complaints

All complaints related to the order or delivery must be sent within seven (7) days of receiving the order to: tilaukset@tritonus.fi or by calling +358 40 5448855.

 

6. Order cancellation

The customer may cancel their order if delivery has not occurred within a reasonable time. Cancellation must be reported to tilaukset@tritonus.fi or by calling +358 40 5448855. Usually, we inform our customers by email or phone if the delivery time differs from the norm. Tritonus Record Shop also reserves the right to cancel an order and refund the money to the customer's account.
