Tommaso, Freddie de : Passione

Decca Classics is thrilled to add Freddie de Tommaso to its roster of brilliant tenors, which includes Del Monaco, Bergonzi, Di Stefano, Pavarotti, and Calleja. Freddie won three prizes at the 2018 Francisco Viñas International Singing Competition in Barcelona: first prize, the Plácido Domingo Tenor Prize, and the Verdi Prize. 'Passione' expresses a passion for Italy and the heroic tenor voices of the past, and is based on the Neapolitan classic 'Passione', beloved by Mario Lanza, Di Stefano, and Pavarotti.
